Summary: Kimberly, Thomas and Clear went to Isabella's home to find her, and Isabella's husband Marcus opened the door. Marcus told them that Isabella wasn't there, because they had an argue. At the moment, a naked young woman called him inside the house, implying that this is the reason of their argue. Marcus then said that he didn't believe Isabella's baby was his, but Kimberly told him that there's hope.

Evan's Hand

Summary: Evan tries on the new ring and gold watch that he brought, but the ring slips from his fingers and fall into the garbage disposal. Evan obligingly tries to retrieve, so he put his hand into the disposal. At the moment, he nearly touched the stirrer. (Note: The theatrical version actually did contain these shots, and according to the DVD commentary, the reason why they don't appear on the DVD/Blu-ray version is because the director wasn't aware that the print used for the DVD didn't contain the shots. Since the garbage disposal shots were a last minute addition before the film's theatrical release)

Summary: Kat was smoking when she approached the lobby, then she shocked since she saw Nora's head was stuck between the lift door.

Summary: A birthday cake with some candles on, and the fire on the candles moved.


Clear and Orderly

Summary: When Clear opened Eugene's ward, the orderly was holding a birthday cake right behind her. Then, the fire on the candles that on the birthday cake caused an explosion, killing Clear, Eugene and the orderly.

Alternate Ending:

  • Hospital: The original movie was supposed to end with Kimberly and Officer Burke embracing in the hospital after Kimberly is revived. Instead, David Ellis, the director, decided to end the film with a bang and include the barbecue scene.
