Man with Hooks was a character in the film Final Destination 2. He was an old man who was transporting a metal crate full of plastic arms with hooks down an elevator. When Eugene Dix and Nora Carpenter were preparing to leave Officer Burke's apartment, they saw the man in the elevator. Both of them entered and began their descent, where the man begins to sniff Nora's hair. Eugene clears his throat and the man backs up, with Eugene looking at him with disgust. Suddenly, Nora's phone rings and she drops it. After answering it and learning the man will kill her, she begins to panic, getting her hair caught on a hook. Despite Eugene and the man's attempts to calm her down, she runs out the elevator, where she gets her head stuck in-between the doors. As the elevator begins to rise, the man and Eugene try to pull her back in, but are unsuccessful, and she's beheaded. The man begins to scream repeatedly while Eugene cowers in the corner.
The man was most likely an unknowing servant of Death, since he only makes one appearance and claims the life of someone on Death's list.
